Hypnotherapy – Does it really work?

Hi all,

While records date back over 3,000 years, Franz Mesmer, an Austrian physician who is widely regarded as the founding father of hypnosis, made hypnosis popular as a medical treatment in the 1700s.

Is it, however, effective?

Guided hypnosis is used in a typical RTT Hypnotherapy session to explore the sections of the mind that have answers to some of your deepest issues and concerns about yourself. You’ll be fully aware and in charge throughout the session, so there’s no need to be concerned about sharing things you’re not ready or willing to share. Simply work with a therapist to understand, experience, and heal the barriers that are keeping you from living the life you want.

RTT can provide assistance considerably more quickly than other modalities. Most people only require one session to discover their problem’s basis and permanently resolve it. More difficult difficulties may take a little longer, but no more than three sessions are required.

There is a perception that hypnosis is exclusively for those who are addicted, unhappy, anxious, have physical difficulties, or are constantly depressed. By no means is that all it’s for. And I say this without passing any judgement on the difficulties mentioned, but it’s vital to realise that RTT can help with traumas of all kinds.

Many of us have limiting attitudes and blocks that make it difficult to earn the money we deserve and truly “own” our talents and skills so that we may put them out into the world in the way we want. I’ve used RTT to help clients with money concerns, procrastination, visibility issues, impostor syndrome, self-sabotage, weight issues, trauma, anxiety, and anything else that keeps men and women from achieving their full potential.

All my love,

Leanne
